Flexible booking:  allows you to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before the embarkation for no specific reason. You can reschedule your holiday at no cost for unlimited number of times or use a credit note if you are uncertain of new charter dates. With our FLEX PLAN your rebooking costs are completely eliminated while cancellation costs with refund option are reduced to a minimum (15% of the charter fee, min 350 EUR). Extra bonus: free cancellation and FULL REFUND granted in case of closed state borders within 7 days before the embarkation. Notes: FLEX PLAN costs 7% of the final charter price, can be added to booking up to 72hr after booking confirmation and is not available for bookings confirmed within 30 days before the embarkation. Personale della società charter spesso irraggiungibile telefonicamente, barca in pessime condizioni (windlass rotto, rallafiocco rotto, drizza della randa, randa che non si issa completamente, plancia di poppa rotta, carrello della randa malfunzionante)

We are sorry to hear clients were not happy with boat’s condition and our service.

There were no bigger issues during this charter week – they’ve had an issue with jib and anchor remote control which we have fixed on Sunday, immediately after they reported it (within 24h, as per our charter conditions).

Since they were not so happy on the check out, they agreed with our base manager that we refund them amount paid for outboard engine, as a compensation.

Esperienza positiva. La barca corrispondeva alla descrizione anche se, pur essendo abbastanza nuova, presentava alcune imperfezioni legate al noleggio e all'uso.

Unser Urlaub war wunderbar, das wetter perfekt und der Wind auch. Das Boot ließ sich gut segeln, ist aber ziemlich gebraucht. Die Innenausstattung wies einige Mängel auf, die nur notdürftig repariert wurden. und am Ende mussten wir auch noch einen SAchaden bezahlen, weil sich eine Fischerschnur um die Schiffsschraube gewickelt hatte, was wir natürlich nicht bemerkt hatten.
